About the Role

The Enterprise Enterprise Sales Director role is a unique opportunity to bring BrainCheck’s proven cognitive assessment and care management software to the nation’s leading hospitals and neurology groups. This position is critical to driving the company’s growth, offering an unparalleled chance to contribute to the adoption of cutting-edge solutions in a high-potential market.

In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and partner with some of the most innovative healthcare organizations in the country to implement BrainCheck’s platform, enabling them to enhance patient care, streamline clinical processes, and improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop relationships with hospitals, neurology groups, and enterprise health systems.
  • Drive enterprise sales by qualifying leads, conducting demos, and managing the sales process from discovery to close.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on healthcare market trends and competitive offerings to effectively position BrainCheck’s value proposition.
  • Travel nationally (30%) for onsite client meetings, contract discussions, and maintaining strong relationships.

About You

  • 10+ years of enterprise healthcare software sales experience, preferably in Neurology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of selling to C-Suite and executive-level healthcare leaders.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare systems, including neurology and enterprise workflows within Epic, Cerner and eClinicalWorks.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and forecasting skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving challenges in a fast-paced environment.
