About Us:

We are a leader in digital cognitive health assessment, partnering with healthcare providers to identify cognitive impairment earlier and streamline care workflows. Our platform allows providers to deliver efficient, validated cognitive testing with full billing and documentation support.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a state-licensed Physician Assistant (PA) to supervise and document cognitive testing sessions with patients and provide a compliant report sign-off for billing purposes. The PA will engage with patients remotely for defined encounter times, document participation, and review and sign assessment reports to meet Medicare and commercial payer requirements.

This is a remote, flexible, patient interaction role that combines structured patient supervision with clinical documentation responsibilities under the direction of our partner provider. Active licensure in Texas, Illinois, or Pennsylvania is required to start, with opportunities to expand into additional states as our program grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct brief telehealth encounters with patients undergoing cognitive assessments.
  • Document supervision time and patient participation per CMS and payer guidelines.
  • Review completed cognitive assessment reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Electronically sign reports to meet documentation requirements and submit to practice for billing.
  • Follow assigned provider protocols to ensure clinical quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Communicate with internal staff or referring providers if clarification is needed.

Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in Texas, Illinois, or Pennsylvania (required).  Spanish and English language speakers preferred.
  • Willingness and eligibility to add additional state licenses as needed.
  • NCCPA certification; graduate of an accredited PA program.
  • Experience in geriatrics, neurology, internal medicine, primary care, or cognitive testing is a plus.
  • Comfortable with telehealth and digital health technologies.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet structured documentation timelines.
  • Committed to HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.

Contract Terms:

  • Independent Contractor (1099).
  • Flexible schedule; part-time work based on assessment volume.
  • Competitive salary.
  • Opportunity to expand role and licensure as the company grows into additional states.

To Apply:

Please submit your CV and confirm active licensure in Texas, Illinois, or Pennsylvania. A brief cover letter outlining your interest and any relevant experience with telehealth or cognitive assessments is encouraged.
